In its original configuration, the GK1 is unregulated, allowing extremely high output levels. The regulated V3+ version adds improved shot-to-shot consistency and efficiency, while retaining full adjustability via both the regulator and power wheel. This makes it particularly suitable for markets with power limits, including the UK 6 ft/lb and 7.5 Joule categories. The regulator allows safe and precise tuning below 6 ft/lb where required, making it a compliant and practical choice for UK shooters.

The GK1 V3+ Regulated includes the regulator, forward manometer, K1-style fill port, and reservoir adapter plug. The air reservoir remains unchanged, and existing V3 models can be converted using the regulator kit.
