Order Policy

1. Order Tracking
Customers can track their orders at any time using our tracking system available at:
https://wg-huben.co.uk/apps/17TRACK
Tracking information is provided once the order has been dispatched.
2. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled depending on their status:
Not yet prepared:
Orders may be modified or cancelled free of charge.
Prepared but not shipped:
Modifications are not possible. Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:
- A refund of 90% of the order value will be issued
- A 10% voucher will be provided for future use
Already shipped:
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Return conditions will apply.
All cancellation requests must be submitted through the Cancellation Form. Requests submitted via email, phone, or other channels will not be processed.
3. Pre-orders
Pre-orders are subject to product availability and production timelines.
In the event of delays:
- The order will remain active unless a cancellation is requested
- Cancellation and refund conditions will follow the same rules as standard orders, based on order status
4. Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment methods, including Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT).
Important:
- Orders paid with cryptocurrency cannot be cancelled or refunded
- If a return is approved, a voucher (70–90%) will be issued depending on the condition of the returned item
5. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us as soon as possible via our official support channel.
You will be required to provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item received
- Photos of packaging and shipping labels
Items must not be used or returned until confirmation and instructions have been provided.
6. Missing Items
If your order appears incomplete:
- Check your order confirmation email
- Check for separate shipment notifications (items may be shipped separately)
If items are still missing, contact our support team with your order details for investigation.
7. Order Confirmation
If you have not received your order confirmation email:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify the email address used during checkout
If the issue persists, contact support with your full name and payment details.
8. Multiple Orders
Orders are processed individually and cannot be guaranteed to be combined.
If multiple orders were placed by mistake:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- Combining orders may be possible only if they have not yet been prepared
9. General Conditions
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or technical errors
- Once an order has progressed in processing, certain modifications may no longer be possible
