Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures related to the production process only.

It does not cover any damage resulting from:

  • Misuse
  • Lack of maintenance
  • External factors
  • Normal wear and tear

2. Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date the product is received by the customer.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Wolfiek Group through our official support channels and provide the following documentation:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice)
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Videos clearly showing the malfunction

Claims submitted without complete documentation will not be processed.

4. Technical Evaluation

All warranty claims are evaluated exclusively by Wolfiek Group’s technical team.

Only our certified mechanic is authorized to determine:

  • Whether the issue is covered under warranty, or
  • Whether it is considered a usage-related issue and therefore subject to paid repair

Following evaluation, Wolfiek Group reserves the right to:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Issue a refund

5. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty will be considered void under the following circumstances:

  • More than 1 year has passed since delivery
  • Unauthorized disassembly, reassembly, or internal manipulation
  • Use of non-recommended lubricants
  • Installation of non-original or third-party components
  • Evidence of abuse, mishandling, or improper use
  • Use of improperly filtered air (including compressors without adequate carbon and condensation filtration)

Any internal modification or intervention not performed or approved by Wolfiek Group automatically voids the warranty.

6. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Air leaks resolved through standard O-ring replacement
  • Consumable or wear parts, including:
    • O-rings
    • Screws
    • Seals
    • Springs
    • Stocks
  • Damage caused by negligence or lack of maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

7. General Conditions

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
  • Customers may be required to return the product for inspection before a claim is approved
  • Shipping costs related to warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
